How to deal with problems with Doppler flowmeter signals?

What should I do if there is a problem with the Doppler flowmeter signal? Poor signal can affect the use of ultrasonic FLOW METERs, so how should we solve signal problems? 

1. Confirm whether the pipeline is filled with liquid, only when the pipe is full can the signal be stable. 

2. If the pipeline is close to the wall, the sensor can be installed on the pipeline at an inclined angle. Renowned manufacturer of Doppler flowmeter 

3. The metal tube of the inner wall structure adopts a reaching method to make the structural part fall off, but this method may also cause scaling and create gaps between the inner walls, which will further affect signal transmission.

4. Select the dense part of the pipeline, polish off rust and dirt, ensure smooth pipeline walls, apply sufficient coupling agent and install probes, and be careful to avoid impurities and air mixed in the coupling agent.

5. Fine tune the sensor distance before and after the calculated installation distance, find the signal points with strong signals, and test different pipe sections separately. 

6. Check if the sensor wiring is intact.
